For all employees of DS People, they must personally report in accordance with the following steps

  • Step 1: You personally report to your direct supervisor of the company where you work before the start of the work;
  • Step 2: You also report to DS People personally and by telephone before 9.00 am;
  • Step 3: Finally, it is important that you report your absenteeism via the button below;

  • Step 4: Within 100 working days, 100 Present will contact you. Make sure you can be reached by telephone.

 After the report we make agreements about the further guidance, which we have arranged by 100 Present verzuimmanagementIt is important that you always keep to these agreements!

Better Report
If you can work again, report this to your client and DS People before commencement of the work.

Pay attention!
You should always personally report sick, otherwise your sick report will not be processed unless you are unable to do so. This means that an ill reporting by SMS or WhatsApp is not accepted as a legally valid notification. Leave requests during illness are only accepted after a personal interview.

Who pays the sick pay?
Who pays the sickness benefit depends on the contract you have. Within your contract, DS People pays your sick pay, outside the contract the sick pay is paid by 100 Present absence management. If you want more information about who pays your sick pay, click on the link below. DS People pays the sick pay in the payment cycle that you are accustomed to and at 100 Present you will receive sick pay no later than six weeks after your first sick day.Heb jij een fase 1-2 contract of een tijdelijk contract dat afloopt tijdens ziekte?

Do you have a phase 1-2 contract or a temporary contract that expires during illness?
You are an employee of DS People and you become ill. It may also be that you have a fixed-term employment contract that ends during your illness. In both cases you may be entitled to a Sickness Benefit. The sickness benefit is a benefit that is often paid by the UWV. DS People is the 'own risk bearer' for the Sickness Benefits Act and therefore carries out this itself. The organization that supports DS People in the implementation of the Sickness Benefits Act is 100 Present absence management.

100 Present assesses on the basis of the laws and regulations whether you are entitled to a Sickness Benefits Act, how high the benefit is and how long you will receive the benefit. The amount of the benefit allows 100 Present to be calculated by the UWV. Depending on your contract form, you are entitled to 70% or 90% of your last earned wages after two waiting days. After a year of illness you will receive 70% of your last earned wage.

If you have a temporary employment contract for a certain period or a week contract in phase 1 or 2, the payment of the sickness benefit depends on whether the sick days fall within or outside your contract term. If you are ill, you will receive sick pay from 100 Present. The sick days that fall within your contract will be paid by DS People.

Do you have a contract for a fixed period in phase 3 or a contract for an indefinite period in phase 4?
You are an employee with a contract for a fixed period in phase 3 or with a contract for an indefinite period in phase 4 and you become ill within the contract duration. DS People then pays your sickness benefit. You will receive 90% of your last-earned salary after two waiting days. After a year of sickness, you will receive 70% of your most recently earned wages in accordance with the applicable collective labor agreement. Your sick pay will be paid in the same payment cycle as you are used to. If you have a phase 3 contract that expires during illness, the sick pay will be paid by 100 Present after you leave.

DS People has placed the implementation of the Sickness Benefits Act with an insurer that, in collaboration with 100 Present, is responsible for the absence registration, monitoring and monitoring of absenteeism and reintegration into (suitable) work.
